Whether you are collecting original paintings or illustrated t-shirts, when you purchase a piece from here, you are receiving a work of art that was created over many hours and with an abundance of care, attention, and heart.

When you purchase a printed product here, each piece is printed specifically for you. I pay for each item to be created and shipped when you submit an order.

There is no separate shipping fee! I have chosen to include shipping costs in the item prices, often charging less than I pay for the actual shipping in order to make cost more accessible for you.

I have also chosen not to include raised prices for products such as XL clothing sizes, because I believe you deserve fair and equal pricing regardless of size, a price difference that I cover.

Once you have made a purchase here, you will receive an email detailing what you have ordered and its expected arrival. You can expect 2-3 weeks for delivery (a week for production + standard shipping time).

If the items have not arrived by the email’s expected delivery, please feel welcome to email me for an update.

If the items are more than a week late for their expected arrival, please email me so we can make sure they’re on their way. I have had excellent experiences with deliveries as of now and have no cause for concern, so you needn’t either. This is only information should the unexpected occur.

Because each item is created to order, I cannot offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse.

There is a process for returns, however, if the item is damaged when you receive it. Please email me at beebalmstudios@outlook.com for help and I’ll do my best to make it right.

As mentioned in Pricing & Shipping, you need to email me if items do not arrive within 3 weeks of expected delivery date or arrive damaged/defective, as that is the strict window of reprint or return for my printing source.

Regarding original works, such as paintings, please email me with any concerns and I will do my best to accommodate you, within reason.

The print-to-order strategy that I utilize is environmentally responsible in that there is not any wasted product due to overstock. Items are only created when needed.

The source I use for printed products publicly states its dedication to fair labor and ethical practices within its company and its pursuit of such treatment in the suppliers it uses for product elements.

Every design, painting, hand-drawn illustration, written word (unless otherwise attributed) and photo (except stock images for shop) are my own and belong to Sophia Cannistraci.
